Jacksonville Fashion Week: Hot off the runway, and straight into your closet, local Jacksonville Fl fashion designers had a chance to show off their talents this March, as Jacksonville Fashion Week took front and center stage in our city!

Every year, Sei Bella Image Consulting takes on the runways hottest, and ranks them by trend! With several new designers, and hundreds of new looks, this definitely isn’t an easy task. But, ranking on quality, beauty, and consumer appeal, five designers made the top spots! So, this year, rounding out my top 13 for 2013 are as follows:

**************************************************************************

13.) CHABRI

If you’re heading out for a casual evening with friends, or need a beautiful cover up for the beach, this design by Jennifer Chabri is simply stunning. Another whimsical look, as Chabri’s collection always embraces! If you’re in the market for a great piece for your honeymoon, or a beautiful closet staple, this is the perfect top for many shapes and sizes!

12.) MIA CHERE’

If you haven’t jumped on board the feather trend wagon, now is your chance. This stunning dress is certain to sell out! I love the boldly colored top, paired with the bold black feathers on the bottom. Some might find this color palette a little strange, at first. But, it comes together quite nicely, and it is certainly a fun choice to attend a big event! Kudos to Jacksonville’s newest emerging designer, Mia Chere’!

Beautifully crafted, and of course, couture, this long flowing black dress is absolutely stunning. I love the cut of this gown. It hides our imperfections, while showing off our best parts! And, I love that the fabric of this gown gives it the ability to go from casual to ultra glamorous! Only the work of Chabri!

10.) SANDRA ALFORD

A modern twist to a classic LBD! Veteran designer, Sandra Alford knows how to work her designs! I love the innate details on this gorgeous gown! When you have to look twice at a classic, and you notice special detailing that give the dress something extra special, you know it’s going to be a big seller! The lines are beautiful, and will definitely compliment all shapes and sizes! Watch out for this one, and grab it now! This is the type of dress you will have in your closet for years to come!

9.) MIA CHERE’

When you’re on the runway, there’s nothing wrong with going for the “wow” factor! And, emerging designer, Mia Chere’, certainly did that with this stunning feather dress. I love that she combined the dramatic bottom with a nude and black lace design top! And, the feathers are far from average. The enormous black feathers pack a powerful punch for even the most daring fashionista!

8.) LISA KAMINSKI

This beautiful maxi with a wonderful jersey knit fabric combines comfort with ultra fashion forward chic! The color pallet is simply stunning, and reminds me of a tropical Caribbean wave of vibrant violets, ocean blues, and sea greens. A crowd favorite and big seller, for sure!

7.) SANDRA ALFORD

Don’t go anywhere without this perfectly patterned dress! Perfect for an elegant evening out, business, or travel, I am simply in love with this gorgeous design that’s classically colored! And a sheer palette for jewelry and pops of color! A closet staple, for sure!

6.) LISA KAMINSKI

Mixing trendy ombre and this luscious orange color simply makes me think of summer, snow cones and sunsets! The hi-low cut is unusually daring and different on this maxi, but I love that it still has a casual feel and flow. And, the careful placed double-lined jersey fabric makes it ultra wearable and durable!

6.) CHABRI

Ok, so I have to put two dresses in this category! Although these gorgeous dresses are very different, the cut is almost the same! What a phenomenal twist on the same dress; appealing to two different audiences! The high neckline, mixed with this incredibly forgiving performance green stretch knit, and the matching green knit mesh is an absolute gorgeous addition to your wardrobe. Green is that daring color everyone has to have in their closets! Mix this with some big, bold, funky gold jewelry to give it an ultra glam appeal! But, for those of you who shy away from the bold color, than this nautical print and soft fabric is perfect for you! Classic and chic, with a slightly more casual undertone! Two great summer pieces that look great on several sizes! And, designer, Chabri says worn correctly, these can even be swimwear cover-ups! Great for resorts, I say!

4.) CHABRI

A modern twist to an old pattern. This absolutely stunning heavy floral and spiral print dress by Jennifer Chabri is ultra feminine, and perfect for Spring and Summer! Makes me think of fields of flowers and long summer nights. Love the train in the back too!

3.) ERIN HEALY

This burnt velvet dress already has the “Real Housewives of Miami” in a fret and stealing it off the runway! Don’t be surprised if you see this chic, sexy, and classic black gown in some big named magazines and reality shows soon! It’s absolutely gorgeous, and one of those dresses that will never go out of style! This dress is the definition of chic beauty and modern sophistication!

2.) LISA KAMINSKI

This super modern design compliments all shapes and sizes. This gorgeous stripped jersey knit maxi dress, (YES! It’s jersey!!) is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! While the contouring lines appear to “shape” your figure, the bold colors play a daring role for any fashion forward fashionista! I’ve never seen so many women fighting for one dress! Designer, Lisa Kaminski says, “There’s plenty of fabric to go around!” Her New York fabric shopping trips certainly paid off this year!

1.) ERIN HEALY

Although picking a top 13 out of hundreds of fabulous looks was extremely difficult, make no exceptions, my number one pick was a breeze! This ultra sexy, deeply daring dress goes from daytime casual to nighttime glam in one color change. The black, worn here by model Julia Savage, is an ultra hot dress leaving little to the imagination! Mix it up with a full length black slip for a completely different look! While the white version is resort chic, and looks fabulous over a bathing suit! Without hesitation, this is my top pick this year at Jacksonville Fashion Week! Daring, bold, sexy, and glamorous. This truly uniquely beautiful design can only come from our very own, Erin Healy!
